I enjoyed my staying. The room was clean, breakfast delicious, and people who work there are very kind and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel to whoever goes to Bangkok.

Lovely family style hotel with comfortable spacious rooms, great beds, good shower, air conditioning. We stayed in a junior suite and there was a dining table, fridge, microwave which was handy to have as well. Room was serviced daily which was lovely. Friendly and helpful service is very welcoming. Location is great, in neighbourhood with some great local small shops, restaurants, market next to nearby temple and night market close by. MRT is close walk away.

Lovely treat by Sou Family!!!. Remarkable service, well maintained, clean and comfortable place. Sou Mam was willing to provide personal touch everywhere and offered great service to us. Good collection of breakfast with enough choices of drinks. We asked something that is not in the menu, without any hesitation it was available on next day breakfast. Nice staff- we met many of them- people with smile from land of Smiles Luxury service with personal touch. The location is great to visit the Grand Palace on the local bus and taking the underground trains to other locations. The security in place makes us feel secure and safe in our room and building.

Staff were family members who were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms and toilets were clean and properly stocked. Hotel gave drinking water every night which was very nice.

It’s a family fun hotel where everyone goes above and beyond to help you with anything, they even offered to buy some items from the supermarket for me as our time was so short before flying out. Customer service was exceptional and breakfast was the best we had in Thailand. The room was very clean, bed was the most comfortable we slept in as it wasn’t too hard (like other places we stayed in) and it was quiet. They had no problems dealing with our food allergies. I would highly recommend staying here as we were treated like royalty. I would definitely stay here again.
