Very nice and helpful staff. Very close to Khao San street, so lack of windows in the room is an advantage, because there is less noise coming from the streets. Beds are comfy, bathroom clean. You can use gym and pool, but not inside this property but in the hotel nearby.

I booked for 8 nights. My work/study relies heavily on internet access, so I asked for a refund for nights 2 through 8. The manager processed my request and booking.com notified of my impending refund within 24 hours. This is the sole reason I came giving this a place a 7 instead of a 1. I would never book this hotel again, but at least their customer service undid the damage. The bathroom was, with a properly sized shower stall and strong stream of hot water, and the sink/countertop was huge. Outside of the internet issue, the room was actually quite nice for the money.
