This hotel is perfectly located close to all local shops and restaurants. Although close it’s far enough from Khoasan Road that we weren’t disturbed by any noise at night. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The hotel also offers free use of the facilities at buddy lodge hotel and offers discounts at several restaurants for staying with them. Would definitely return

I really liked the kindness of the employees at the reception. Especially a specific guy who checked me in, checked me out and called me a taxi, very kind. I liked the location and the rooms.

simple and clean hotel, close to Khao San road and many places of interest. Faint noise from party scene at night, no problem for me, slept like a baby. Nice hot powerful shower.

A SMALL and cramped room with hard and lumpy mattresses 🙁 The room is NOT 25 square meters as stated in the presentation, but more about 15-16 square meters. The balcony is a joke. There is street and traffic noise, and poor soundproofing. You pay for the location, which is 50 meters from Khaosan road, and nothing more. Breakfast is not included, which I expected for the price. Thailand has become expensive, it is no longer cheap (and the land of smiles) - it is all about money. When booking on Booking.com I was told that I would get free airport transfer, since the booking was over a certain amount - but the hotel told me that I did NOT get this. The shower cannot maintain a consistent temperature if you shower with low water pressure to save water, but switches between hot and cold. You have to log in to WiFi every time you want to use it. The elevator is the slowest in the world. Not worth more than a 7 on the scale.
