B.U.Hotel has excellent customer service on arrival. Staff are friendly and polite. Check in is efficient. Apartment style hotel room has a spacious size. Great views from the hotel and a clean swimming pool. Handy to have a coffee shop and 7/11 next door with local amenities.

Really lovely staff , and transport to and from Tesco hourly ,which is right next to Metro . Room cleaners super efficient and everything clean .

Best part of B.U. Place are the staff! Incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful, we had a great experience with them. The rooms were clean, the building was very safe and secure, and the amenities like the pool and gym were immaculate and well maintained. The area around the building is lively and full of smiling local food vendors, restaurants, coffee shops, massage/salons, and the very close 7-Eleven means you can get anything you need quickly. We'd easily stay here again, and recommend to any of our friends/family to stay here.

Everything is perfect but Lights in the room is to dim.. One more thing, turn on the air con in gym room.. It feels a bit strange🤔🤔🤔

Swimming pool is amazing, always sunny, huge enough to swim. Perfect facilities and rooms/studio are offering quite a lot of space as well.

The staff are so so sweet and friendly, pool area was so clean and loved the sauna. The room was huge and felt more like an apartment which I loved! Shower was nice and hot, I was so impressed with this hotel

It was cheap and had a nice swimming pool. The room was very spacious and the staff was really helpful with our luggage.
