Great location and spacious room with fab views of the city. Very comfortable bed. Room and corridors very sparse. No wall pictures or ornaments in rooms as shown on the photos. Everywhere looked bare. Dated hotel and the worse was just one lift to the rooms out of 6. So long waits especially when you are high up at the top. When the lift did finally arrive sometimes it was already full.

The first day it was excellent but after the earthquake it was on floor 18 with no views and a lot less choice and a bit chaotic, no cutlery, napkins etc. appreciated much of this was out of their control as the upper kitchens were shut.

Great experience, restaurant was excellent. Meal for family of six was a very nice experience. The only let down was an awful musty smell from the aircon when we walked into our room. We booked a Superior Double. It was large and clean but the smell was a big disappointment.

Where to start... Team (reception- upgrade from junior suite to suite, concierge - all the help you need, waiters at breakfast - attentive, everything always full, help all the way in every step etc), Location, the Amenities - free view in observation floors, breakfast is that you have NEVER seen before, breathtaking views from your sofa it's not enough words to describe.

The staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful and courteous - they gave me a room on the "ladies only" floor which I hadn't requested so I appreciate the thought. The bed was incredibly comfortable so I had the best night's sleep in a while.

I really enjoy Baiyoke, the hotel is great, Breakfast plentiful, room clean tidy and spacious. Swimming pool nice and relaxing and the little complimentary things like after the swim have a coffee and snacks in the priority pass room, play putt putt on the 18th floor., Little shop for any necessities you require. I enjoy Baiyoke

Spectacular Views: The hotel’s height provided panoramic views of Bangkok’s skyline through large windows, offering a mesmerizing experience. Spacious and Comfortable Rooms: Our room featured two comfortable beds, a powerful shower, a bathroom, and an office space with a wardrobe, ensuring ample space and convenience. Convenient Location: The hotel’s proximity to the airport and a short walk from the train station made transportation hassle-free. Unique Amenities: It had mini-golf, convenience store, bars, and the quirky rotating observation deck at the top of the hotel.
