The location of the hotel was good, with a shopping mall nearby. The subway station is adjacent to the hotel, making it very convenient to get around. I was satisfied with the gym, sauna, and other facilities.

Good location as it near the MRT and have shopping malls nearby. Room is clean and breakfast is good.

Very nice as always. The staff is so helpful, even in the busy times of tour groups coming and going. Especially Mira at reception was very professional and kind.

The room was fantastic and the water pressure was great and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was fantastic and lots to choose from only a busy time and we had to wait for a table

Also under new management, the hotel is very good. The room I got first had a bad smell but they quickly changed me to another room. Mira at reception was especially helpful and professionally dealing with all kind of issues. The hotel is easy to get to by public transport from the airport
