Good place near to shopping malls, Lumphini park, One Bangkok Mall just 8 min walk, access to public transport, affordable restaurants around, good size room but the bathroom was too small and It needs some cosmetic changes and it also has a decent Gym.

Good location, 10 min walk to metro, great cheap way to get around the city. The room was basic but clean can’t complain for the price. The gym wasn’t too bad either. Arrived at 7am after a night bus and they gave us our room because it was available so that was really nice.

There was a huge very comfortable bed. The room had plenty of space. Jay on reception was fantastic. Attentive, kind and funny. His female colleague less so. There was free coffee available in reception and washing machines available for guests to use.

The very best option for this budget in Bangkok- The beds are very good, the studio has a desk to work, air-con is working fine, bathroom and room are clean with a little balcony. Coffee unlimited is offered, washing mashine for free and even a gym if you need- this is like a combo-

The location is perfect for a survey trip to Bangkok. Although the room is quite small, it has very comfortable beds, a fridge, and a minimum set of amenities. Wonderful stuff.
