Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds. - Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families. - We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in. - Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus. - We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services. - Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property. - Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises - Right to admission reserved.

The location, accessibility and cost deserve a thumbs up. However, the place does not have a lift and single accommodation rooms. Also, cleanliness needs more improvement especially in the terrace

liked the vibe of hostel... good polite staff. had good time with tarot reader Shravan . Also connected with fellow zostlers during standup comedy night.... Overall , my first stay in Zostel was good and will always be memorable.

A brilliant, friendly, happy vibe - one of our favourite places we have stayed in India! From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, and after aiming for an early night we ended up sitting on the roof with staff and other backpackers for hours! The location was brilliant with lots of good reataurants nearby, and we wish we could have stayed longer! The rooms were very clean and peaceful, one of the most cared for hostels either of us have stayed in and we would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Bangalore!

Located near office, restaurents, sports arenas and bus stops, it is extremely convenient

I arrived, and check-in was quite digitized and had no issues. The rooms were decent ( 8 beds 2 stacked up each), but spacious, comfortable with AC, Fan - one rest-room., given the wi-fi to connect 20 to 30mbs or dropping off often though, but manageable given the number of people linking to it ( I think they use extension instead floor based or room based dedicated Wi-fi). Nearby eateries, very good - its a bit chocking point of signal to reach the hotel if you come by Car ( mind the peak hours, you get damn stuck to go anywhere that much traffic on the point, rest of the day its fine to move around)

location, dorm bed cleanliness, staff behaviour once ppl enter the dorm, they followed common etiquette like not speaking in phones when everyone was sleeping, nor making noises.
