Fatima from customer relations was fantastic and gave us a fabulous welcome. She went above and beyond to arrange flowers, cake and decorate our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The Leela Palace Bangalore is undeniably beautiful, with its grand aesthetics and luxurious ambience. It is in a very good location with a beautiful lush green garden within the property. Very calm and peaceful inside and totally away from the hustle bustle of the Bengaluru city. The hotel is impressive and the welcome by the staff was very nice. Staff were very supportive and helpful. We felt very welcome. Check-in was smooth and easy. We went there for a short staycation and to celebrate our anniversary and babymoon. The Leela Palace left no stone unturned to make this day very very special for us. They beautifully decorated the room with balloons and a mouthwatering cake. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The guest services were effective and responded promptly to the requests. We had our dinner at Jamavar. The food was delicious, and the service was very good and quick. There was live music and even a Kathak kali dance performance in the evening for the guests in the restaurant. Overall, it was a good experience.
