Everything is good, but on New Year’s Eve, they need to allow entry to some of their restaurants without registration for their in-house guests, which they need to take care of

Decent hotel. Second time staying here. Air conditioning is bad. Takes forever to cook. Rooms are being renovated. At 10000/ night. Won’t be coming again.

Stayed here many times, from the doorman to the restaurant crew to housekeeping everybody was excellent. Customer service was great, and always did their best to accommodate my needs..big thanks to both Tannaz and Shanka.

Ambience and food were great. Staff were very courteous. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were excellent! Lovely breakfast and lawns. Hotel was very helpful when we needed a doctor and medicine. Thank you.

The spread was very good , wholesome and variety for every nationality. I enjoyed the dinner at Tiger Trail, friendly staff and👍🙏to the chef and the warm waiters .
