The staff was excellent—very caring and helpful. The rooms were impeccably clean. The hotel is very well-located, with easy connections to other parts of the city via metro and tram. There are great restaurants nearby offering all types of cuisines. The area has lovely walking spots for evening strolls. Plenty of parking space is available, and the hotel arranges parking in advance (just share your car number plate details). Parking is free of charge for the duration of your stay. The hotel provides tourist cards, which offer discounts for some popular attractions in Prague.

The service provided by the staff was excellent. Dipankar from house keeping cleaned the rooms very well. Mahesh at the reception was extremely helpful. Vikram the head chef made sure that our meals were prepared according to our taste and very provided on time. Abul and Uma ( in the dining area) were very cooperative and helpful. Manoj helped my mum with wheel chair from dining area to our room.

Amazing hotel, the building is like a palace and divided in half by the mall. The welcoming is amazing with pineapple juice, quick check in and extremely friendly people, specially Mr Salman in front desk, professional, polite and friendly. Big rooms, clean with view, pool and delicious breakfast and 24hr food service. Keep the good job.

Just outstanding! From the warm and attentive support staff in reception to breakfast area to the incredible range of breakfast options, every detail was perfectly taken care of, and staff were always had a smile on their faces. The location is fantastic—close to everything, making it easy to explore the city with ease. The entire experience was seamless, and I genuinely have no complaints; my stay has been nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bengaluru. It’s one of those places where you feel genuinely looked after. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I will surely visit again if ever i travel to Bengaluru again.

All front desk crew are absolutely helpful. I was even frequently asked, on how was the stay, anything we can help, how was the breakfast, and the list goes on. Customer Relationship, Miss Laxmi, approached me when i was about to check out, asked me is there's anything that we could improve, and also helped me to get hotel driver to send me to the airport. Breakfast is good. Room is spacious, clean and stocked with bathroom amenities. Love it.
