The mall was a 5 minute walk away, the staff were very helpful and the room service was 24 hours. Food was great and served promptly.

Everything was great as usual. Our reason for always preferring to stay with Marriot brand is because of the consistency in service across all cities in India. This stay was no different. Was tired after a long drive and they could accommodate my request for an early check-in.

Location and access to airport and other key locations in Bangalore Recently I got stuck in Qatar and I requested for a reschedule if the reservation. It was promptly agreed but I was insisted to pay at the checkout due to communication gap. On explanation, it was considered and I was not charged.

The front office staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful with all our requests. We had insulin, which required refrigeration, and they happily complied. We were also given the option to keep our luggage in the lobby, which helped us finish up our shopping. The bed is so comfortable and one of the best beds to sleep in. The room temperature was also adequately cool. We only stayed for a day and had the best sleep. The long mirror in front of the entrance of the room is really good In the complimentary breakfast, we only enjoyed the omlete and filter coffee

The executive names Mr. Anirban Roy. He has helped us with everything in the stay, even regarding the changing room and service. If the staff fails to get the stuff he himself took initiative and got the stuff. He was the best there
