The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities. Customer service was generally good, Check in time was at 11.30am which is a bit of a wait, especially after an early morning flight from overseas. The place has nice pool and breakfast facilities. Very central location in Bangalore. Would highly recommend ...

Staffs were very professional and courteous. I booked a twin room but upon checkin they have upgraded for a king bed. I have reached almost midnight, staffs were available and kind enough to provide the room on time. Breakfast was acceptable, good choice of options available. Live counters were bonus. Equipped with more staffs and all were helpful. Place was nice and well maintened parking staffs as well.

We requested a room change and were upgraded to the Pavilion Club with a city view, which was a great gesture. The variety of breakfast and dining options was excellent, with rapid service.
