Perfect location, close enough to walk to a lot but far enough away to not be noisy or overbearing. The property itself is amazing, lovely plants and trees everywhere and you can’t help but instantly feel relaxed when you arrive.

Small boutique feel, clean, lovely swimming pool and wonderful staff. Individual villa and big room so felt like a living in a small village. Never felt busy or overwhelmed. Breakfast was good too!

We only stayed for 2 nights before flying home but loved our stay. The rooms are huge, have pool access and the breakfast was really good. The staff are super helpful and around whenever you need them.

Our stay at Pai Tan Villas was the perfect start to our holiday in Southern Thailand. Owners Charm and his mother Manee are gracious and attentive hosts and communications with them were timely and efficient throughout. Pan Tai Villas is a small resort with a personal and friendly touch. Our room with direct access to the pool was spacious and comfortable and there was a generous ensuite bathroom. Everything was clean and in good working order. Breakfast was generous and set us up for the day. The location is 5 minutes walk to Bang Tao Beach and there is a great selection of bars, restaurants and various shops close by. Charm and Manee helped us with Airport transfer on arrival and onward transport to our next destination. We highly recommend Pan Tai Villas.
