The most stunning property we have ever stayed in. From the moment the taxi pulled up it’s was a very high level of customer service. This level was maintained throughout the stay. We stayed for Christmas and they made such an effort. Travelled 1 adult and 1 children and felt safe. Rooms was beautiful mini bar jam packed with goodies. Breakfast was wonderful. Can’t wait to return

Modern, new property, right on the beach. Good swimming pool facilities for family and adults. The Nora beach club is very good for dinner and during the day, especially Sunday brunch with a good acoustic set.

Hotel was very clean, lots of space and very quiet. Despite the size there didn’t seem to be many people about. Went in peak season so the cost was a bit higher than normal. Not many westerners.

The efficient reply to my requests, the warm welcome when we arrived and the friendly porters to show us our room, the refreshing cloth and mouth-watering coconut drink on arrival, the room beyond our expectations, the facilities ito the gigantic pool, the access to the private beach, the pool and beach loungers, the morning activities, the gym, the table tennis board, the finer details that made us feel at home. The friendly staff that assisted us was Ying, Deen, Lee, Abror, Tata, Amm, Sue & M, the went out of their way to make all hotel patrons feel welcome and not only my family.

Breakfast was amazing and the pools were beautiful and clean. House cleaning did an excellent job and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Hotel located directly on Bang Tao beach and has a beautiful green territory. Good breakfast with wide choices for every taste. Decent restaurant menu. There are lot of the beach bars/restaurants next to the hotel with good choices to eat. Good choice for quiet beach holidays.

We were given drinks vouchers at check-in. The resort is very beautiful and in a quiet area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The swimming pools were the best. We enjoyed our swim there. The water was warm. The beach was just a stone's throw away from the main swimming pool area. The rooms were a nice good size and the beds comfortable. The water took a while to get hot but we always had great showers. The aircons were really amazing as it was very hot during our stay. We all enjoyed the breakfast as we were spoiled for choice. The staff was always on point and ready to serve. We will definitely be staying there again.
