Room was comfortable, warm and clean. Nicely renovated and kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful view of the mountains. Bus stop with free service into town right out the front.

We stayed in the apartment unit with the loft. It was perfect for the family of 4 adults. The fireplace in the living room made our Xmas so special. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The toiletries were smelling so good. All the staff members were amazing, helpful and so friendly. They provided everything we needed! We give 5 stars to this property! I will surely book here again when we visit Banff next time.

The location was great, the room was really clean and overall, the room has a cosy vibe during a cold day. The room and beds were large and we enjoyed our stay.
