The fine print
Groups: Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group reservation and charged a 1 night plus tax as a deposit. A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable. Changes or cancellations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. There must be a name attached to each room.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location away from the busy end of town. Bus stop very close by. The lodge gives you free bus tickets. Gas fire place. Daily room servicing. Laundry. Two lifts. Undercover parking - first in first served. Spa tub.

Staff were friendly & extremely helpful. The beautiful views form the deck was amazing. The rooms were large & clean. Location was easy access to everything on the Banff strip. Buses practically out the door including to snow fields.

Everything! Lake Louise ROCKS... so many chairs and runs no line ups! Our stay at the hotel was wonderful amd will definately stay again... such great value! Our room was big and the bed was perfect!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at the lodge. Everything was very clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. The heated parking was also a big plus.

It was very comfortable and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was great as you get to see a lot of the town walking down to the main area and majority of the tours start from this location too!

the room was comfortable, clean and very large. free parking available with complimentary tea / coffee at reception. while we were there the restaurant/ food options appeared to be closed however it is close to downtown and other hotel food options.
