Immaculate room, loo and bed. Close to eateries, shops,standish express chairlift etc. Cordial and approachable front desk staff. Complimentary bathrobe, slippers and two water bottles. Spacious room and comfy hot tub. Restaurants offer a diversity of food.Highly recommended for staying in Banff.

It was our second trip on Banff Sunshine Village. Summer is perfect for hiking. If you like winter sports, you must visit this place. We can't love Sunshine Mountain Lodge. All that ancient and modern vibes work perfectly. The facilities are over the moon. I enjoy the hot tub and sauna. All the activities in the evening. Perfect for couples. Friendly with families. Good food 😋. Friendly and helpful staff.

Less expensive hotel than all in Banff, where hotels are extremely expensive and even unavailable. Hotel is at high altitude, you reach it with a gondola or a shuttle. There are several interest point around hotel, but unfortunately we stayed only the last night in Banff at this hotel, so we did not have time to visit. Maybe a next time. All stuff very helpful and enthusiastic. We had lunch at a pub, good food.

I really liked the location!! Yes, it was a little out of Banff, but I truly felt staying there, I was experiencing living in the Rockies. I actually loved taking the gondola to the place. The walking/hiking in the meadows was a highlight of a month's holiday. Our room was well appointed and clean. Small luxuries of having a very easy coffee machine that also had pods for chocolate, chocolates on the bed at night, a huge hot tub and the very helpful staff made our stay an enjoyable one. Also I liked the bar, cafe and restaurants. There were all there within walking distance without the crowds we experienced in the township of Banff. Very relaxing!

Unique location on the mountain. Nice big rooms with seating area. Good restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. Relaxing communal hot tub.

The room that we had was excellent. The balcony was absolutely lovely and the beds were comfy. Lot's of space and the view was breathtaking

Wonderful location. Great views from the room. Use of chair lift to get out on walks.
