Nice room, good size with 2 queen beds, very comfortable with nicely appointed bathroom and good shower. Hot tubs on roof are great with nice view of town. Great location right in the centre of town.

Everything, location perfect, very clean, warm and most comfortable beds and pillows, heating easy to regulate to suit our needs, nice restaurant for breakfast and have to mention Tom and Ryley as they gave exceptional customer care every day - nothing too much bother for the staff in this hotel - everyone amazing- very relaxed atmosphere and friendly people everywhere we went - would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Banff and would not hesitate in returning - thanks to all x

Such a great location! we were given an upgrade on the room, which was a good size, exceptionally clean and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! We had a couple of drinks in the bar - (Great service and cocktail mixed by Cameron!)
