I found the Douglas Fir accommodation perfect for my stay in Banff. I particularly appreciated the free bus pass to get get back and forth from Banff town.

Room is spacious and kitchen is well equopped. The surrounding is quiet and there is a bus stop nearby for guests who do not have car.

Second stayed in this resort. The room was located on third floor and felt brighther than last time. The male receptionist at the counter was friendly and gave us the Free Shuttle Bus card for Banff Town area.

Our room was spacious and had a kitchen and lounge area. We also had a veranda where we could sit and enjoy watching the birds and small animals. The location was in a quiet area but only a 5 minute bus trip to town. The bus stop was right next to the hotel and they provided us with a free bus pass to use while we were there.

Fire in the room, free bus right outside the hotel to town, wildlife in the hotel grounds, quiet, awesome friendly staff.

The pool and jungle gym were highlights for our kids. The room was spacious and the shower had great pressure.

the rooms although compact, was quite comfortable. we were able to have a fire( in the fireplace) a courtesy bus took us into town , about a 5 min drive.

The room was a great size and was beautifully clean. The parking was convenient and the free bus pass was a great unexpected plus.

The location is very good. The parking is fine but a little narrow for our big-8-person van. The kitchen was good and clean but the stove ranges heated up very slow. Supplies were filled enough to use. Plenty of pans and pots and utensils are good for a big group.
