Location was great! Short walk to nearby restaurants on both sides of the hotel. Pool was good. Hotel rooms are old but clean. No complaints!

Location is a short walk to town, rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable compared to other hotels in Banff.

Price and size of room. Location. Simplicity. The tea coffee station in the main building was good and provided a change of room to sit in. Ice machine. Ski / snowboard storage room was great. Spa was bliss.

The location was great. It was affordable for Banff, also great. Our room size and bathroom size were quite spacious. The staff were lovely. It was dog friendly. There was sheltered parking.

Honestly the room was well priced and ideal for our group of 4. We loved the pool, spa and sauna, and the hotel was in a great location.

Close to the heart of Banff. Clean, Comfortable & warm rooms. Friendly staff. Public transport & shuttle buses to the Ski Resorts were very close & convenient. Lots of places to eat & drink nearby within walking distance
