Staff is very service oriented. Room is clean and spacious. Hot tubs, sauna and cold plunge are an added bonus. Breakfast is included and is really good.

We really enjoyed the dry cedar sauna, the courtyard area is lovely. They have a great hot breakfast and a nice lounging area. The front staff was so helpful, especially a gentleman named Kieran. He was knowledgeable and so friendly, the best customer service we have ever received at a hotel.

Lovely clean modern room with balcony and view up to mountains. Very friendly staff on arrival who also recommended where to eat. Breakfast included. Free underground parking. Great hot tub and sauna area. Room cleaned daily.

Breakfast was included, which was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the city center, which my partner and I didn’t mind at all. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get to the center or explore regional attractions. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and our room was spotless and well-maintained. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking and skiing. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already planning to return! 😃
