Staff were amazing, concierge booked our trip and dinner in the Gondola, and the buffet restaurant. Informed us of places to see in Banff. Bed super comfortable, room large but still cozy. Restaurant meals, dinner and breakfast filling. Highly recommend the lamb and the pork belly dish.

The room was spacious, the hot tub and pool had a nice ambiance. The hot chocolate in the lobby was the best hot chocolate we ever had. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

Lovely lodge with great character, friendly attentive staff always happy to help. Location was in the centre of town.stayed over Christmas for 3 nights would highly recommend

The fireplace in the room was a nice touch, as was the hot chocolate in the lobby in the afternoon. I liked that there were 2 sinks in the room. The pool was warm enough for little ones and had a lovely decor. It felt like being in an underground cave. We were able to easily walk to the main area of town, although there were lots of restaurants close to the hotel as well as in the hotel.
