Fantastic staff, particularly Ridwan and all the rest of the team. In a great location near Paskal 23 shopping centre, it provided easy access to many shops and other areas around the hotel. Grab and Gojek access downstairs too. Decent 3 star rooms, with an unheated pool on site. I was able to hire a driver for the day from the hotel to visit various sites (thank you Ridwan, you were a very safe driver). Warm friendly service. Breakfast on-site good too.

Location is perfect, but the hotel's facility is limited. They don't even provide fridge on the room and use home type aircon (split) in the room.
