The bed was very comfortable and the additional bed was placed well within the small room. Location is great for shopping and wasn’t noisy. Housekeeping was done well, very clean.

This hotel amazing..start from the security, reception, restaurant and bar staff, breakfast..all amazing.. definetly will come back to here.. especially the house blend coffee..(bikin kangen)

Nothing to complain about, as we were able to check into the room quite early with a nice front desk. The room layout is modern and comfortable.

Housekeeping staff are very polite. They greet customers. Reception staff are kind to allow late check-out since we check-in evening time.

Location was perfect to explore many cafes and short walk 5min to heritage outlet mall and close to junction mall where do some light groceries with a good food court The cafe adjoining to the hotel have some great food with excellent coffee.

The location is exceptional! Quiet, in a very nice road with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff was super friendly and we even received a free upgrade upon check in!
