complimentary water available to refill the bottle, especially with hot water. The staff are very friendly and the lobby is comfortable to stay when waiting for a pickup.

Very central, near the river and mosque, museums etc free shuttle to night market, shopping mall, mosque and Sultan's palace. Very helpful staff. Nice quiet rooms.

I checked into a Superior Double room for 3 days and 2 nights, and while I was expecting a pleasant stay, I encountered several issues. Here are my remarks: Pros: 1. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in the heart of the city center. 2. It was easily accessible to all locations. 3. The ambiance was pleasant with a favorable interior and scent. 4. The front desk staff were attentive. 5. The room was cozy and clean. 6. The bed was comfortable. 7. The morning breakfast provided was good with different dishes during the 2 days.

Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Exceptionally delicious breakfasts and dinners. The hotel is very well located: in the city centre with access by river taxi.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help you. The bed very comfortable, tv had lots of streaming apps, restaurant was very good offering western and Asian food.
