It is about a ten minute drive from the airport which suited us as we were on a short layover. They have 24 hr room service which was great. The staff at reception are super helpful and friendly. They have water filters in the corridor and it was the first time I saw one which has an option for sparkling water! The kettle took ages to boil water. I probably should have just taken hot water from the filter. We didn't have much time to do anything except eat and sleep before catching our next flight out in the morning but I did get to have sahur at 4am sent to my room, with rice, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruit and cake.

The hotel was perfect for our short stay. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. The hotel staff was always very helpful.

Convenient location, short walk to downtown. Easy to get to from airport. Staff were all super friendly and hotel. Gym is decent

Perfect location for walking to all of the sights. The lobby staff were amazing - everytime I entered they asked what I needed, gave me directions, stored my bags, and let me use the facilities and shower after I’d checked out waiting for my flight too. Really spacious rooms, super comfy beds - very happy with my stay! Also definitely get a rate that includes breakfast, it’s great & there’s not much else around.

Good place to sleep and good different breakfast. Free shuttle to Mall. It’s no bus public in Brunei anymore.
