Location was as described. Breakfast was done well - as it was a weekday there were boxes of cereals and tea and coffee in thd room with frsh milk, yogurts, and cakes in a fridge downstairs. The room and ensuite were very clean and warm and decor and finish were good - in the room and the corridors/staircase etc

The room had a great view of the church. It was very warm and cosy. The bathroom was spacious and had a good shower and toiletries.

The customer service provided by the whole team was of the highest quality, and the food was divine. Becky and the team - thank you for making my sisters wedding day so fantastic. I would definately recommend the Sun Inn for anyone thinking of visiting nearby.

The hotel/Pub was good , friendly staff and management , just a stones throw from Chipping Norton including Diddly Squat Farm Shop, Great for daily adventures including Silverstone Circuit, Oxford wasn't too far to explore either, The Food and drink was excellent, a nice selection of alcohol and food choices, The Breakfasts were continental, a selection of foods in your room including cereal & Cereal Bars and Yogurts..

A fantastic village pub in the beautiful village of Hook Norton. We booked a table in the pub for our evening meal and the home made locally sourced steak pies were incredible. Went for an evening stroll with the pooch afterwards since they were also able to stay over in the room with us for only a 10 pound extra surcharge and enjoyed the seemingly endless starry sky. Absolutely incredible. Went back to the pub to enjoy some evening drinks before heading back to our room. As we stayed over on a Saturday night we weren't expecting it to be quiet until later since its a pub after all but were pleasantly surprised by how little noise travels upstairs. A fantastic place to stay and will happily be back!

The continental style breakfast was perfect for our needs. The room was comfortable and the en suite met our needs. The food was excellent. If we need to stay in Hooky again we would be very happy to stay at The Sun Inn.

The location was good and central to where we wanted to be....10 minutes drive from Diddly Squat Farm and 20 minutes from The Farmers Dog and Hops & Chops. The food at the Sun Inn was excellent. We had a very tasty evening meal and a lush cooked breakfast which was included in the price. We felt our stay was good value for money. Tea and coffee facilities in the room along with cereal bars, boxes of cereal. There is a communal fridge at the bottom of the stairs where you can get milk, yoghurts and induividually wrapped croissants....nice touch. They provide this as cooked breakfast is only served at the weekend, from 9 till 11. Despite our room being a tad tiny and quite basic we would return as we felt our stay was good value for money and staff were friendly..
