Everything is good nice staff and owners clean comfortable can’t ask for more.Tea and toast in garden what more do you want.

Our 4th stay here this year, best budget hotel close to UD town, Central shopping centre, night markets etc. We stay for the location and parking. (Can walk ). Clean, hot shower, tv, aircon all good. Its also very quiet. Basic breakfast but adequate to get you going. 7/11, street stalls, some restaurants etc out the front.

For the price the room was quite acceptable; comfortable bed and a serviceable bathroom. It was fine for a one-night stay. The neighbourhood was quiet, and it was only a short walk to nearby local restaurants and shops. A basic breakfast was offered (toast/coffee) but I didn't partake due to time constraints.
