Very clean. They make fresh sheets for bed every day, rather than just making up the same bed like some other hotels do. Hotel staff friendly, and accommodate for guests. They also have really nice drinks in the lobby for customers

The best hotel in Pattaya, very clean, high security, comfortable, quiet, the staff are very friendly, the concierge works great, thanks to everyone, I thank the receptionist, she explained to me the hotel and everything about the hotel group and explained the application and how it works and I benefited from it in opening the elevator only the room does not work, and I thank the employee who checked out as well

Friendly staff, conceige Peera was kind to help us grab using his phone. Location just right in front of the shopping mall and hotel is entirely pet friendly!!
