We liked everything but the food was excellent. We stayed 2 nights so that means 5 meals each, good portions and tasty. Also it was a little chilly so every night they had a fire and arranged seats around it.

Walking distance to the Konglor Cave entrance, walking distance to a couple of other restaurants in the vicinity. The staff were attentive and friendly and the room was typical of Laos accommodation in the two star range; large bed with the usual hard mattress, unusually comfortable pillows, very clean bathroom. The staff lit a fire every evening for customers to sit around. Extensive menu and reasonable coffee.

Very nice bungalow and great location, the staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the restaurant was excellent, one of the best restaurants we eat in Laos, and one of the best hotels in this budget

This is a real gem! Big nice wooden bungalow, everything clean and in very good shape. The owner and staff are super friendly and the food in the restaurant is really good. It’s the last resort before the entrance to Kong Lor Cave, you just need 5 minutes to walk. Book here, you won’t regret it.

The girls were superfriendly and they spoke decent English.The room is small but with good airco and a fan. All you need for a few nights. Walking distance to the caves. The bus to Vientiane (180000 kip) stops just in front of the guesthouse at 7 am.

a very nice place. the highlight is how close it is to the cave. the rooms are alright, clean, big comfy bed, nice restaurant on site.

Was brilliant location really close to the cave. Super clean and comfortable. Lovely friendly staff. Looked after our bag and bike while we walked to the cave. Food in restaurant was great.

Beautiful cottage in the village within walking distance to the cave. Lovely restaurant which was open all day. They organised our onward travel to phonsavan which was a bonus. They also opened for breakfast earlier than normal so we could eat before our bus arrived. Would definitely recommend it.

Kong Lor Cave Resort is really a cosy and strategic place to stay if you plan to visit the cave! I had a room with air con, fan, warm water, free wifi and everything was working perfectly and was also very clean. The owners speak English and are very nice and helpful! When I was there the cave was flooded and I had to wait for the retreat of the water. The owners kept me updated with the latest news and so I was the first to visit the cave after the flood. This was amazing! The resort is located really very close to the cave (they say 700m and I think it's true!) and there was a good and nice restaurant just about 200m down the road (the resort has its own restaurant, but it was open only for breakfast in this period of the low season). Breakfast is not included but you have a big choice of tasty options. I loved the Bolaven coffee! I stayed there at the end of the rain season, so also the price for the room was very convenient. I loved to stay there and I can really recommend it !!
