The staff here are very nice and will help where possible. We were supposed to be staying with garden view but were given a different room on the 3rd floor. When we entered, that room was already occupied. We then had to change rooms and they could only put us on the 4th floor, not ideal with kids and luggage as there’s no lift access/elevator. The bathroom would flood each time someone showered. When we arrived the following morning at the breakfast buffet, they had run out of most food. There was no attendant there to help. Most tables had used plates and cups so there was nowhere to sit, as staff were not clearing and wiping down tables. We ended up eating elsewhere for breakfast. The staff at reception are nice. But there are better places to stay in the area for the same price.

I got upgraded for free which was great. Although the room was small it was clean and had good facilities ( fridge, kettle, hot water, AC and excellent wifi.)Breakfast was a sufficient buffet- western & Laos. The shaded outdoor courtyard and pool were lovely after hot day sightseeing. Location very close to river, markets, various Wats and places to eat. Reception helpful when my booked transfer didn’t show up. I enjoyed my stay there

The hotel in the heart of town, just few minutes away from the main attractions. Lot of restaurants and markets is around. The room is big, comfortable, full equipment bathroom, with pool strong wifi and breakfast. Friendly people.

It is an old facility, but it is well managed overall, so you can feel the flavor. The staff was friendly even with late check-in, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was healing. I would like to visit again.

It's a totally NON-SMOKING hotel - brilliant!!! The location of the hotel is awesome, very close to the central fountain at the centre of town making it really easy to walk to major attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, with a very attractive central courtyard and swimming pool.

Location is excellent and central. Breakfast is basis but fine. Lovely plants and courtyard area and little restaurant area to buy beer
