All I needed. Nice bungalows. Staff very friendly. Location great, right by the nice end of Karon beach and 10 minute walk to Kata.

Lovely sea view room, quiet and only one room beyond so very few people near the room. Lovely breakfast. Eat on site serving steaks which we had on our last night.

If you just need a place to sleep, this is the right option. The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are tasty, although the selection was the same for all 14 days. The beach is just 200 meters from the hotel, which is a huge plus. The hotel also has a restaurant, which overall wasn’t a problem, and they serve steaks and wagyu.

The staff is very nice and humorous, and taught me a lot of Thai. The room is located three minutes' walk from the beach, and sitting on the balcony, you can enjoy the sea breeze and sea view.

The room is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and they were very helpful, we had a minor issue with the a/c and it was fixed very fast.

The location is very good. The beach was very close as were shops and restaurants. The property is very nice, even with the construction and upgrades happening it was very peaceful and quiet. I spent a lot of time reading on the balcony listening to the birds. The breakfast was also very good. Nice selection of foods. Free water refills!
