Comfortable stay in the centre of huay xai, bed was huge and we were given a duvet each which was a nice touch. Room a decent size too. Staff were friendly and helpful, and took care of booking the boat and tuktuk transfer for us for 450k lak.

Handy location for walking to restaurants and attractions. Breakfast included (toast and hot drinks). We slept fairly well and kids enjoyed spotting coi in the fishpond.

On the main street of Ban Houayxay but my room overlooked the river so it was quiet. Room was very comfortable. There was an area to hang out and enjoy the view on the top floor. I liked it a lot.

Thadan Guest House is very conveniently located property in Huay Tai. Our room had everything we needed and we were only steps away from all that the little town had to offer.

Exceeded our expectations considering the price. Good location, clean! Opposite the stairs to the temple so if you're up before 7 you might spot the alms (much more interesting than the one in Luang Prabang).
