Very well equipped apartment and quite clean. The location is near to the city center. Nice garden, with barbecue. Did not ask if we can use it though as we only stayed one day.

Very good cozy smart hotel. Excellent closed area with parking, access is closed to non-hotel residents. The hotel administration is very helpful and attentive. Upon check-in, I received an electronic key for the entrance to the hotel and the gate to the parking area, which gave me the opportunity to drive my car and return at night on my own. High standard rooms, very high quality furniture and bathroom. Comfortable bed. A good place for an overnight stay or a longer stay. 50 meters away there is a grocery store with a coffee machine and everything you need for meals at the hotel.

The location is perfect. The room (though not that spacious) was well equipped. The first day I had some problems with the shower but the staff fixed it up very quickly, extending excuses. The inner yard is nice and clean. It is very peaceful and safe. If you need to stay not far from the University or the city centre, I greatly recommend it.

From the beginning it was a surprise that we get a free upgrade that saved us a lot of money, because for the price of a medium room we received the most expensive one. The staff was very friendly and the location was very good.
