This establishment really exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the cottages and they were really cozy and wonderful. We enjoyed everything they had to offer! The restaurant had the type of Scottish character and ambience we were looking for. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for another meal in the afternoon after our hike to conic hill which is right opposite their hotel. The buffet style breakfast was fully stocked with everything you need for a Full Scottish breakfast as well as cereals, porridge, fruits and yogurt.

Excellent stay at the Inn. Everything was as expected, staff were friendly and accommodated our later arrival. Comfy and clean rooms. We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back 😊

A fantastic welcoming place to stay after a hard day's walk from Milngavie to Balmaha. Two large rooms with two double beds and own toilet and shower over bath.. . Plenty space to spread your kit out without inconveniencing anyone and better still... no one else inconveniencing you. Beats youth hostelling any day 😃

The staff were really lovely and friendly, the rooms had beautiful views, every detail was beautifully taken care of. The food was excellent. It was a stop off to another holiday destination but I would absolutely stay there as a holiday!

Beautiful, bright, and clean rooms. Staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. The location is idyllic. Food was outstanding, I've never seen that much steak in a pie!! It was just what we needed!
