Fantastic area. Nice and quiet and a challenging big hill to climb! Picturesque surroundings. I would recommend this area if you are looking to chill or passing through doing some hill walking. There is not a lot of things nearby, but this area does have a small shop and cafe as well as the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet style and has everything you need to start your day. Superior pods are probably the way to go or stay in part of a cottage.

We stayed in one of the new building houses that are on site very nice place to stay clean and tidy

Good on first day second day it was over cooked ,but staff brought some fresher stuff out missed out potato scones . Location lovely
