Waking up to the fabulous views each morning, walk around Ballydavid, sitting on the beach in early eve and location were all fabulous.

The most beautiful remote location by the sea. You wake up to the crashing of the waves. I went on a less favourable season, end October, it was still beautiful and stunning. Simple and fuss-free, basic amenities, coffee and selection of tea provided. Perfect.

Loved everything as always but especially the view from my room above the spa which Fiona had recommended to me when I stayed in May. Her suggestion to my friends and I to go to the Great Basket Island Museum was a great idea and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. As always, Rea cooked us all a fine and hearty breakfast and the craic was mighty, Brendan and Sean at the bar were the best and the wait staff and chefs were wonderful to all of us!

The location of this hostel was great and the view from the window was really beautiful. The staff was very nice and right next to the hostel there was a great pub, the check in and check out was easy and we had a nice stay.

The location was fantastic.It was right beside the sea and an ideal location for anyone with an interest in photography and swimming. Most of the staff were pleasant.The prices of the drinks were good relative to the area we were in. I like that there was a smoking area.I found the bed comfortable.it was nice to have a kettle in the room.it would be a perfect place for cyclists to stay.

Comfortable room, good location, nice pub downstairs to enjoy a drink on the water. Lovely walk from hotel along the cliffs with great scenery.
