The view from our room, bed was more comfortable, the room was very clean and it was big enough for the 2 of us. The breakfast was delicious. Tour to the pools was fantastic, the staff at the reception, our drivers to pools and the rooms they were helpful. Your staff at the bar and at the restaurant were perfect. Actually we enjoyed our stay and we don't mind to come back. Thanks to the manager who granted 2 more hours to check out when we requested it. Keep up the good work guys. You were on point 💯

Location was good and I like the ambience at Zimbali. The pool was not over crowded compare to other pool. Staff is generally friendly.

Towels in the room are too old. The bed was not properly made like the first day.
