Perfect location with lovely Shelly Beach View. Staff are exceptional as complex is fastidious and all staff friendly and helpful. The assigned car park in basement was a big plus. Laundry in cupboard great. Unit large and all rooms spacious. Bathrooms excellent and comfortable beds and good furnishings. Lounge/ Dining perfect. Kitchen User friendly. Loved terrace and view. Would return happily to Grandview.

The location, the ocean views from our apartment were great. Kids enjoyed the pool and it was secure with parking.

The apartment was perfect for our family. we had the level 3 ocean view. Great kitchen facility, laundry facility, bathroom needs & relaxing family room with entertainment.
