Simple instructions for late check in. Was convenient for a cheap overnight stay. Shared bathroom was acceptable.

Fantastic location, walking distance of Ballarat CBD, very comfortable bed (with electric blanket). Shared bathrooms were large, clean and well presented. Nice bar downstairs and a great coffee shop next door for a morning heart starter! Excellent value for money, budget accommodation.
