The George is such a beautiful hotel and the deco suited it perfectly. The bathroom was very spacious, and our beds were super comfortable. Lots of room and very clean.

Beautiful old building with lots of charm. Very central to Ballarat, and the staff were lovely. Found the bed a little firm, but that was due to personal preference. The room was very spacious and loved the balcony. Parking was easy to find/use. I would recommend staying here.

Everything that you needed is right there. The bar downstairs was amazing and the laneway Safeway was fantastic!

Location, right in city centre. Lovely old hotel and decor.friendly service at the front desk. Clean and room well serviced. Lovely old balcony, not accessed from room. There was a lift which was great for my elderly mother. Great shower with good water pressure. Room well equipped with microwave, fridge, desk, tv.
