Washing and drying facilities; the small frying pan was fabulous for frying eggs, you can always judge a place by its frying pan 😊

Spacious, modern, immaculate. Looks like an average block of units from the external, but inside…really impressive. Excellent value for money just a couple of mins from the centre of town

Good position in Ballarat. Comfortable, large apartment. Quiet vicinity & leafy, green neighbourhood. Good size bathroom & shower. Laundry facilities excellent. Cooker & microwave easy to use. The newly planted apartment gardens were such an asset on arrival. The car port was excellent, to protect our vehicle. So many pluses , thank you. We will stay again in the ground level 18/4 apartment.

Unit was beautifully furnished and very spacious. Lots of extras including tea, coffee, toiletries and more. Very lovely unit, quite the surprise package. Would stay again.

Fabulous stay. Apartment was perfect, spacious, modern, best best location, exceptionally clean and well equipped. Location felt safe, quiet and was so close to everything. Host was wonderfully responsive. Great hairdryer and bed was sooo comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the location of this apartment - so close to restaurants and bars. The apartment was super clean with comfy couches, a well set up kitchen and laundry facilities. Also great to have a dedicated off road car park.
