Loved the three bedrooms, closeness to city and gorgeous street facade, warm heaters in each room comfortable beds plenty of crockery and cutlery

While only 2 rooms were required, we were given the choice of all 3 rooms. The gas heater in the lounge worked well in the colder weather and the room heaters were also welcome. The large gas stove was great for those wanting to self cater, which we did. A good sized fridge and freezer are also provided, as was a washing machine and good sized drying rack. Off street parking was great in what was a relatively busy area.

The location was central and close to supermarkets. Walking distance. Close to main shopping centre. Warm and comfortable. Off street parking for two cars.

Excellent location. Clean, neat little house. Heaters in all of the rooms was a great idea (Ballarat is so cold in winter)

The location was good, the weather was very cold and the house had heating in almost all rooms. House was well equiped for cooking. Beds are comfortable.
