The apartments will be cleaned two times per week.Air conditioning is available at EUR 5 per day and heating is charged according to consumption.The washing machine is charged EUR 6 per use.Towels and sheets are changed twice per week. If you require them to be changed more often, there is a 3 EUR cost per person.In order to make the reservation, guests are kindly requested to make an initial deposit of 20% of the total amount of payment via PayPal or bank transfer.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Lovely welcome and were given an upgrade to the top floor apartment which had 2 balconies with absolutely stunning views. Doors and windows had mosquito nets so able to let air flow through the rooms.

Very clean. Fantastic location overlooking the sea. The owner’s parents Niki and Kristos were exceptionally helpful and kind. Will definitely be back.

Really nice welcome for us and the kids From Niki. The aparment exceeded our expectations! It was big, clean, with a very nice patio, and a wonderful view from the kitchen. Recommended!

The accommodation is very comfortable and well maintained and the hosts, Niki and Hristos are truly lovely! Everything was perfect. Beautiful traditional apartment. An amazing panoramic view of the sea and the village.

Property was on perfect location close to the sea ,shops tavernas and highway. Also have amazing views to the little port and sea.

The top rroom, no. 7, is like nothing you would imagine! An amazing panoramic view of the sea and the village. And the place is a great bonus if you prefer to be a bit away from the touristic noise :) the evita beach is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and its tge nicest one around.

Nice owners. Got a bottle of cold water. A bit high climb but it is worth enjoying the sea view from general terrace. A nice beach 5min walk. Very clean 2 rooms (good for 2-4 people), towels.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful traditional apartment, clean and cosy with stunning views over the bay. The owners were such a lovely couple. They gave us cherries from the garden, chocolate, and homemade pastries. It was a delight to talk to both of them.

This a traditional styled apartment, but with everything you need. Bathroom was more modern with a very good shower. Liked how spacious the apartment was. Lots of storage space. Good views from apartment 5. Nice beach around the corner that’s saves having to walk to the port beaches.
