Our family of 4 stayed in 2 rooms with balconies on the 3rd floor. The rooms were nice, not huge but with a nice table and chairs and plenty of storage in cubbies. The balconies have a second table/chairs and the view from the room and balcony is phenomenal. We loved the decor, which was a fun combination of retro and historic, the nice included breakfast, the ground level recreation/game room and most of all the family stories that Magnar shared about the place. His dad’s amazing photos of local life, scenery and fishing are all over the walls, and the place felt really special!

Good location and good view. Breakfast was nice and made there, it all tasted “homemade”. The views were very nice from our balcony. There were two “guest kitchens” which I found a very good idea.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the view of the fjord was great. The shower pressure was good. The breakfast was fine and it was cool that there were 2 guest kitchens as well.
