If you wish to check-in early or check-out late, these services are available at the hotel at a charge of £10 individually, please contact Days Inn Stevenage North to request for this and pay for this at check-in with reception. When booking 6 rooms or more, the hotel reserves the right to contact you to pay a deposit of up to 50% of the booking to guarantee the booking for the hotel.When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £15 per Pet, per Stay applies (with a maximum of 2 Pets). Please contact us beforehand to request this and pay for it at check-in. I was pleased with the TV size and that I could see it from bed. I asked for a quiet room and that is what I got. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a "get what you pay for" experience. At this price you cannot expect perfection but the bed was comfortable, the shower strong and water very hot and the aspect over the garden area quiet enough. Plenty of free tea and coffee provided which was nice. Free parking in the service area car park.

I liked that I could take my dog. Lovely clean linen. We were moved to a new room when our shower didn't work. I booked in advance and got a good price for my 2 night stay.

I arrived on Christmas Day evening, I was greeted by a delightful girl called Anjali, she was also there the following morning for my departure. Anjali made me very welcome. The room was very comfortable, and very quiet. I didn't have need to sample any other facilities.

Like location, comfortable room, room looking onto trees, great shops and cafe nearby, well lit car park, feels safe, friendly welcome from every staff member.
