Amazing hotel ! From the staff to the rooms everything was flawless. But special mention to the staff ! Everyone was incredibly helpful, kind and professional ! I can only highly recommend !

Some of the softest and most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! If you don't like soft beds... you're gonna have a bad time. :)) Anyway, the hotel is located next to the sea, with paid parking available from the city of Balcik. The room was big enough, clean, quiet and had good air conditioning. The food at the restaurant was delicious and guests are entitled to a 10% discount (obviously the offer csnf change over time, so enquire within). Nothing bad to say!

We stayed two nights and had a room overlooking the sea, which was large and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and polite. The restaurant served excellent food.

Incredibile view from the balcon, very comfy beds, great restaurant in front of the hotel, welcoming, friendly and very helpful receptionist. Definitely recommend!

Everything in the hotel was great. It was extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and location is amazing. The central beach is couple of minutes walk and all restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Overall brilliant!

The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome. The rooms was spacious. I would for sure stay there again if I travel to Balchik.
