I’ll give 10 out of ten for the staff. Definitely the hotel has had better times, it’s quite dated,but all the staff try to do their best to make you feel comfortable and having good time. I’ve booked 2 rooms very last minute and I needed a room with easy access for wheelchair and they immediately prepare a room on the first floor as the room for disabled guests was occupied and I didn’t mention my needs in advance. The breakfast is outstanding, very rich and varied. Big free parking. There is a spa but we didn’t use it. Very nice pool as well.

Very friendly, very clean, large parking space, great breakfast at the terrasse, easy to find. In summary: a perfect accomodation which we recommend for a stay in Balchik!!
