The hotel was nice, with beautiful decorations inside. The room was clean, with air conditioning which we really appreciated. The wi fi was pretty good too, we didn't have problems.

It was beautiful. Owners were polite, room was excellent, location was outstanding. Bulgarians have a fantastic family policy, which they apply everywhere, by which families with children have some facilities. I was stunned to see they apply this to foreign families as well. Besides, if you have a reservation here, you get a 10% discount for one meal at two of the restaurants in the marina, on the seaside. It is a great place. Whenever I return to Balchik, they're my hosts of choice from here on in.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was clean at the beginning. The building seems old, they have antique items to be displayed, old photos of Balchik. The hotel is near the seaside. By car 650-700 meters and by foot 5-7 minutes using the stairs or a street. (don't forget that when returning from the beachside, one should climb the stairs or street).
