Well located for ski slopes of bakuriani Decent breakfast Pool and sauna is clean Miriami at reception is very helpful as were the luggage helpers, pleasant helpful staff and good to guests I had lovely view of ski slope and activity of gondolas. Even though I don’t ski I was entertained and happy

Overall a very good location and beautiful view. We came between seasons, so the price was low. However ski lifts were not working and there was very little to do. In any case that was expected. We were almost alone in the hotel and it was good. Park nearby is beautiful this time of year. When we had problem with our room (balcony door broken, phone not working), staff has swiftly changed our room. Rooms were warm and cozy. Sauna on the second day was quite good. Massage tub was nice and swimming pool are clean. View from the balcony was amazing.

Very polite and thoughtful staff, especially in the Crystal Lounge restaurant where I ate more than once and was very happy with it. Bar staff up at the Balcony at the top of the lower cable car were also thoughtful and this is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Property management clearly has a vision as they are investing more in expansion. I like the style of their hotel, super pool and sauna and beautiful laid out pathways into the surrounding woods.
