The room was small but very cozy. We had a great stay, and the receptionist and the ladies who served us breakfast were incredibly kind. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time at this place.

Location is good, Mr. Ali the guy @ the reception was very kind to bring our luggage and to keep us informed about everything. They walked with us even to the restaurant to show us the place for dinner.

Very quiet neigbourhood in the middle of old Baku. Good breakfast, but every day is the same. There could be more options, especialy if you stay longer. Room is cosy but basic, bed is comfy. Good value for money. Nice rooftop with amazing view.

It was clean, and the staff were super friendly! I was there for Formula One, so the location and distance to the Media Center in the Hilton was perfect. The terrace, mood and night lights around hotel Utopia were straight out of a story book!

Breakfast tasty, only cold cuisine. No choice. The location is absolutely great, the old town is charming. Very nice staff - Muhamed at the front desk and all the ladies in the kitchen were very helpful and accommodating and helped with every problem. The hotel is clean and cosy.

It was great value for money. More than I bargained for. Set in in the very heart of Old City. As well few metres away from the the rest of the main city hence close to very interesting touristic sites as well amenities such as the metropolitan station. As for the hotel per se it was very clean and organised. Staff did their best to help you with any difficulties and queries. A special thanks goes to the night receptionist Muhammed as he was the one that I met with most with as during the day was sight seeing. He was very helpful and ready to help where the need the need arises.
